Today I would like to share one of the most delicious burger recipe, which is I believe you won’t find this recipe easily. Ricotta burger is so easy to make and cook. Perfect for cheese lovers and mediterranean food lovers. You only need to add your love to the ingredients.

P.S O won’t give any measure because you can freely use depends on your taste
Ricotta (Italian cheese, easy to find in supermarkets) small box
Mince beef (use depends on how many burger you want to make)
Important note: Ricotta should be much less than mince beef (can be 1/3)
Fresh rosemary (need it to be chopped)
A tiny bit sea salt
Little bit ground black peppers
A little bit flour (otherwise mince beef cannot be stick and when you are cooking, it will turn little pieces)
How to make:
Add all ingredients together in a big bowl
Mix with your hand and make it in burger shape
Take your fry pen, drop some olive oil and start to cook your burger on the cooker

Wooden kebab stick/ uzun tahta cubuklar
One orange or grapefruit/ bir adet portakal yada greyfurt
Cherry tomatoes/ minik domatesler
Mini mozzarella/ yuvarlak yada kup seklinde peynir
Any circle or cube size vegetable/ istege gore sebze
Depends on your taste you can add mini meat ball (kofte)/ istege gore kucuk kofteler
Kitchen foil/ mutfak folyosu
How to make:
Take the orange or grapefruit, cover with foil/ portakali yada greyfurt’u folyo ile kaplayin
Take your wooden stick and start to put your tomato, cheese or any other ingredients you use/ tahta cubuklara malzemenizi yerlestirmeye baslayin
Put your wooden kebab stick in to the orange or greyfurt/ tahta cubuklarinizi portakali kapladiginiz folyoya gecirin
Do this till your foil can not be seen/ tahta cubuklarla folyo gorunmiyene kadar bu isleme devam

How to make:
First take the fresh basil, put the cherry tomato inside the fresh basil, pierce the tomato and basil
Add the sun dried tomato and mini mozzarella on top of the kokteyl stick
Put little bit salt and olive oil on the kokteyl stick
Place in white dish to serve
Roasted zucchini and carrot for festive cooking
Are you ready for festive season? This recipe will be perfect for vegetable lovers or delicious next to roast Turkey (or any other roast meat) I choose zucchini and carrot but you can choose any season vegetable.
1. Preheat oven to 220 C/425 F
2. Cut your veg. I won’t give you specific size but it should not be too thick or thin
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and a light layer of olive oil.
4. SEASON – go with salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic.
(Today I used salt&pepper + smokey paprika and crushed red peppers.)
Lightly toss your vegetable batons with a tablespoon or so of olive oil (not too much) and the herbs and spices.
5. Spread your seasoned veg over your lined tray and roast, tossing halfway through, for about 20 minutes or until golden and slightly browned at the edges.
Stuffed aubergine (karniyarik) is one of the traditional Turkish food recipe for meat and vegetable lovers. You can find many stuffed aubergine (karniyarik) recipe on the internet but the one I am sharing with you, is the easiest and most simple you can find. I will give you the recipe exactly how I cook stuffed aubergine. I will give you recipe for 4-6 people but you can reduce or increase the ingredients for less or more people.
6 Medium aubergine
500 gram/1/2 kilo Ground Mince beef
1 Medium Onion
2 Large Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste (two if you don’t have pepper paste)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Red pepper flake or black pepper
1 teaspoon cut garlic
How to cook
First fry your aubergine in fry pan (till inside of aubergine get smooth)
Once is cooked, put the aubergine to the side (aubergine should get cold than you can fill inside)
Chopped the tomatoes and onion than put to fry pan to cook with olive oil, add little bit salt, one teaspoon garlic, rep pepper flake than start to cook
Once your mince beef is cooked, cut your aborigines a slit from end to end. Make sure cut won’t be too deep otherwise you cannot fill the aborigine
Fill your aubergine with mince beef
When your aubergine is filled, place the filled aubergine in to the fry pan
Mix the tomato paste with a glass of water, also add black or red pepper flake and salt
Add this water to the fry pan and cook with your aubergine
Once your aubergine and sauce is cooked, enjoy your stuffed aubergineP.S for vegetarian people, aubergine can be fried in same way and instead of mince beef you can fill with feta cheese and you can cook in oven. You should add some olive oil and heat rove oven tray to make sure aubergine will not burn and cheese will melt

How to make
Cut your baguette in medium slice ( not to thin or thick)/ ekmegi ince bir sekilde kesin
Use your toast machine for an very easy option for toasting the baguette or use your oven to toast the baguette ( please the slice in the oven tray)/ekmekleri kizartin
Once your baguette is toasted. Take a small bowl to mix olive oil, garlic and oregano, tiny bit salt
Once your mix is ready get your toasted baguette to apply mix on top of it/sarimsagi, zeytinyagini, ve keikigi cok az tuzla karistirin
For last decorate your baguette with your cheese, salami, tomato and any other ingredients you like

Egg muffin recipe for egg and protein lovers
Healthy breakfast for all your family. They are filling and so much healthier than your muffins, bagels, donuts, and whatever else you grab with your morning coffee.
Spring onion as required

Cheese as required
You can add chicken or other lean meats, spinach, ricotta cheese, bell peppers, and lots more as per your taste. If you don't like onion, swap with any other healthy ingredients.
Eggs 6 beaten with 2 tbsp milk, black pepper to taste
-Preheat oven at 200C
-Grease your muffin tin
-Add vegetables of your choice along with cheese (if you choose), pour beaten egg mixture on it.
-Place muffin pan on the center rack of a preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are light brown, puffy, and the eggs are set.
-Let muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin pan or cups. Loosen gently with knife if they seem to be sticking. Eat immediately or let cool completely and store in plastic bag in refrigerator or freezer. The Egg Muffins can be reheated in the microwave.
Cover any soft cheese (can be goat cheese or very soft feta cheese or blue cheese) with any herbs or nuts, vegie you like. Foe example you can cover with sesame, almond, chestnuts, carrot. It is perfect for cheese lovers or who has protein diet.
4 medium size bell peppers – or 5-6 small bell peppers
6-8 cloves of garlic, crushed
For the filling:
110gr/4oz/ 1/2 cup ground beef/lamb or ground turkey
115gr/4oz/generous 1/2 cup rice
2 medium onion, grated
Bunch of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
10ml/1tbsp olive oil
10ml / 2 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste
4 medium chopped tomatoes (one big can of chopped tomatoes)
My recipe will be very simple to understand easy. Mix the meat, rice, onion in big bawl, add salt and black peppers. Fill bell peppers with this mix and place in saucepan. Fill the hob with water till it will rich middle of the peppers, close the hob and start to cook. While peppers is cooking heat the chopped tomatoes with salt, olive oil and garlic, on fry pen. Once peppers is soft and cooked with rice and water is finished in saucepan, pour the tomato sauce on peppers. Make sure will cover all pepper from bottom to top. Serve with yogurt. Enjoy!
Homemade baklava recipe
How to make homemade baklava
Make a 10 small dough and open each of them with a wood roll (layers need to be very thin) or easy option you can buy baklava yufka from Turkish market (there is many in UK ). Granulated pistachios or any nuts depends on your taste. Bring your tray out and set your oven to 200° C/ 395° F. Butter inside the tray or use baking paper, put first 5 layer or yufka than top of it add the nuts all around the top. Follow same step till layers is finished. Don’t put any nut on top of the last layers. Start to cut to baklava in box shape. Melt down 200gr butter in heat and pour in all over top of the baklava. Put the baklava in pre heat oven and once it coloured like a caramel, take it out. While baklava is getting cold, put the 5 glass of water and 4 glass of sugar, also 1 drop of lemon. Mix sugar, water and lemon till boiled. Once baklava is cold serbet (sugar water, syrup is boiled) is boiled, pour all over the baklava. Wait just for 10 minutes and your home made baklava is ready. Measure the amount of cold water you will need.
Place your pot of water on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high (just until the water heats up)
Add about 1-2 heaping tea spoons (or 1 tablespoon) of coffee per demitasse cup (3 oz). ...
Add sugar to taste.
Mix berries, almond, 1 tea spoon flexed oil, 2 stripe lemon skin. Blend them as a morning shake
Easy, homemade cannelloni recipe
Buy the cannelloni pasta and lasagne sauce (or besamel sauce). Have 250g or 500g mince beef depends on how many people you will cook for. Start to cook mince beef, add some sea salt, oregano, sage with olive oil, once mince beef is cooked you can add the copped tomatoes. It will be easier to use ready organic chopped tomatoes. When everything is cooked, taste the mix, start to fill the cannelloni and put them on the tray. Put the lasagne sauce on top of cannelloni and sprinkle the granulated edam cheese. Put couple olive oil drops. Cook in the oven for 30 min in 200 C. Than your yummy, delicious cannelloni is ready.
